These terms apply to your use of justenoughtotalk.com and the webinars, courses, and learning resources offered as Just Enough To Talk (JETT), an education service by Fossa Technology. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Our educational services
JETT provides education about AI-assisted product building, idea validation, and related skills. Offer pages describe the specific content, event dates, access period, and price, where applicable. Educational examples are not professional legal, financial, security, or other specialist advice.
We do not guarantee business success, revenue, funding, a working product, or particular learning outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating and testing AI-generated work and for the products or decisions you make using what you learn.
Eligibility and registration
You must be an adult able to enter into an agreement under applicable law. Provide accurate registration and purchase details. If you have an account, protect its credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Access may depend on a valid registration or confirmed payment.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Prices, currency, and any stated taxes are shown before payment. Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider under its terms. Review the applicable offer and any cancellation or refund conditions before purchasing.
For payment errors, cancellation requests, or refund questions, contact contactus@fossa.technology with your order reference. Any offer-specific refund terms and applicable consumer rights apply. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Permitted use and ownership
You may use learning materials for your own learning and apply the skills in your own work. Unless an individual resource states otherwise, materials remain the property of Fossa Technology or their respective owners. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or share paid materials or access credentials without permission.
Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful material, impersonate others, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access. You remain responsible for content you submit and for respecting other people's rights.
Third-party services
We may link to or use third-party AI tools, payment services, video platforms, and other products. Their availability, pricing, outputs, and terms are controlled by their providers. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before using them or submitting your information.
Availability and changes
We may update materials or change service features. If a scheduled event needs to change, we will use the contact details you supplied to communicate material changes and available arrangements. We may restrict access for misuse or a material breach of these terms. Access and refunds remain subject to the offer and applicable law.
Responsibility and limitations
We aim to provide useful and accurate content, but cannot promise that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or business outcomes arising from your use of educational content or third-party tools. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
