Just Enough To Talk (JETT) is an education service by Fossa Technology. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit justenoughtotalk.com, register for a webinar, subscribe to updates, or purchase learning content.
Information we collect
- Information you provide, such as your email address, registration details, support messages, and purchase details.
- A browser-generated visitor ID stored in local storage, which can be submitted with your registration to associate it with your browser.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring sources, and timestamps, collected by hosting, security, or analytics services.
How we use information
We use information to register you for events, deliver learning content and service messages, process purchases, respond to requests, maintain security, and understand and improve our website. If you subscribe to updates, we may email you about our educational services. You can ask us to stop promotional emails at any time.
Cookies, local storage, and Google services
If you allow campaign attribution, we store an anonymous browser identifier, the first landing page and arrival time, referring domain, and campaign or advertising click parameters. We preserve the first source separately from the latest campaign source and may connect these to accepted enquiries and purchases. Attribution can be shared between our website and app on justenoughtotalk.com subdomains. Attribution snapshots expire 90 days after the first recorded arrival and server attribution records are removed by scheduled cleanup. Purchase and enquiry records have their own retention periods.
Use Measurement settings, or the pilot page’s measurement choices, to allow or stop optional analytics, advertising measurement, and campaign attribution across our site and learning app. Google tags load after you allow measurement. Declining clears the browser attribution snapshot and Google measurement cookies. Withdrawing a previous choice reloads the page to stop loaded tags. To request removal of previously saved attribution, contact us using the details below.
Our site uses browser storage for visitor identification and may use Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and embedded services on pages where they are enabled. These services may receive device, usage, cookie, and advertising identifier information. Ad links may include campaign parameters or click identifiers. We use measurement information to understand traffic and advertising performance. Where required, optional tracking is subject to your consent.

Service providers and sharing
We use providers to host and secure the website and store registrations (Cloudflare), deliver emails (Resend), and process payments where offered (Razorpay). Google services may support analytics and advertising measurement. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Payment details entered into a payment provider's checkout are handled by that provider; do not email us card details.
We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, or enforce our terms.
Retention and security
To diagnose traffic delivery and abuse, we keep a separate record of page requests for up to 60 days, including time, a recognised page path, response status, approximate country or region, network number, and available bot-detection signals. These records do not store raw IP addresses, full URLs, contact details, or a persistent visitor identifier. Campaign values and advertising click identifiers are included only when the request carries a current permission for optional measurement. Without that permission, we record only whether advertising parameters were present. Request counts do not establish that a visitor is human or that an advertising charge is valid.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing services, handling requests, and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention varies by record type. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or stop promotional messages. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or transaction purposes. Your rights depend on applicable law.
